2014 was a really great year. We met and worked with so many fantastic people.
Here are few shots of how we make things happen
there is a lot of lurking
and a lot of gesticulating
the things our clients do for us (such as laying on the ground in February)
it’s important to keep your distance
you shall not pass (exercising my inner Gandalf)
don’t step on the crocus!
me and my favourite lens
I got it
someone has to carry the props
we go down
we climb up
and sometimes eat ice-cream
I take my time with “posing” the dress
and we use our clients to carry our equipment for us
I do a lot of things during the wedding, fixing the dress is on the list as well
how to get 250 people in a line? rope, carry a rope
did I mention that I “pose” dresses?
“what I need you to do” my second most used sentence
I really go on the ground a lot
but sometimes we ask our clients to do that for us
it’s inevitable that we will photo-bomb our shots
here’s me shouting “look at Peter, everyone”
don’t leave anything behind!
I LOVE props
benefits of having very tall husband
why carry one camera when you can carry two!
how to pose in photo-booth
did I mention we go down a lot?
keep a safe distance
how to kill time when your wives are busy taking photos, take a selfie with a statue
fisheye sees everything (and everyone)
scouting the scene
I think I’m funny (Peter disagrees )
and the most important thing: follow the action
